Herbal Detox Class


If you have been lacking energy, feeling bloated or sluggish, experiencing chronic fatigue, muscle aches and/or joint pain then this workshop is for you.

This two hour detox class will inform you on the purpose and importance of a detox cleanse, facts and myths of detoxing, as well as guide you through a 75 minute detoxifying yoga sequence for the mind and body. Holistic nutrition advice & tips will also be offered, along with an organic detox tea blend and tea blend recipes.
