Learn to sew from the beginning! If you are brand new to sewing or\njust need a refresher, join us as we work through common skills needed to make\nbags, garments, and crafts. During this 4 week series participants will learn\nhow to use a sewing machine, common hand stitching techniques, how to read a\npattern, and several intermediate sewing skills like inserting a zipper and\nmaking buttonholes. Projects we will make include a pillowcase, a lined bag,\nand an easy garment. Some supplies are provided but garment supplies will need\nto be purchased.  This class is for ages 16+ and is taught by Teacher\nHolly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
